Country Apartments has several options for long-term letting of 7 days or more for guests coming to Dubbo on business.

250 Fitzroy Street

Here is a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse on its own block with everything new and set up for comfortable living while in Dubbo for the medium term.  Keenly priced when you compare what you would get if you had to rent a motel room. Queen bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and a single in the 3rd bedroom. The townhouse has a large reverse cycle air conditioner located in the lounge room. In addition there is a fully ducted evaporative cooling system to all bedrooms and lounge area. Comfortable leather lounges, large flat screen TV with 20 channels of Foxtel along with all modern conveniences in the kitchen including a dishwasher. All linen and household equipment is provided and the property is fully serviced once a week. Casa Bianca 2

A very large 2 bedroom homeunit in a block of 6 right across the road from the Country Apartments reception. Located on the ground floor with covered parking and fully set up for long stays. Heated and cooled with a large reverse cycle split system air conditioner. Everything is proved including linen and towels. The kitchen is fully setup with household equipment and there is also a dishwasher. Serviced once a week when let on a weekly basis.This unit can accommodate 3 persons in separate beds.

Rates are per night.
A minimum of 7 days must be booked to qualify for these rates.
These rates are not offered to Family and Liesure customers during Peak Rate (School Holidays, Long Weekends & Easter) periods.

The availability of “250 Fitzroy St” and “Casa Bianca 2″ are not shown on the live on-line link so all enquiries and bookings must be made either by phone or via the Email Enquiry Form

Conditions and Cancellation Policy for Long-stay Bookings

  • The first week’s tariff must be paid in advance or guaranteed by credit card.
  • A $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all bookings cancelled after a deposit has been processed or a credit card guarantee given.
  • 14 days before the arrival date the first week’s tariff becomes the cancellation fee.
  • A “Departure Service Fee” of $100.00 will be applied to all long-term bookings of 4 weeks or more.
  • Moving a booking forward to another date or reducing the number of confirmed nights either before or after arrival will incur a fee equal to a weeks tariff unless 7 days notice is given.
  • Accounts must be settled monthly preferably by Direct Credit to our Bank Account (details available on request).
  • A surcharge of 3% will apply to long-term accounts settled by American Express and Diners Club cards. There is no surcharge on Visa or Mastercard.
  • A full housemaid service will be provided once a week.
  • Extra persons accommodated during a long-term stay are charged at a quoted extra person per night rate basis.
