Our tariffs are calculated on the number of persons occupying an apartment. We have 3 categories:
Corporate & Family Floor plans – $165.00 per night
- Base rate for 1 or 2 persons.
- Each extra person is charged at $20.00 per night.
- Surcharges are added for Peak Rate holiday periods, Public Holidays Long Weekends, Christmas and Easter.
Premium Spa Apartments and The Cottage – $205.00 per night
- Base rate for 1 or 2 persons.
- Each extra person is charged at $20.00 per night.
- Surcharges are added for Peak Rate holiday periods, Public Holidays Long Weekends, Christmas and Easter.
Casa Bianca 1 – 3-bedroom apartment – $205.00 per night
- No Children under 15
- Base rate for 1 or 2 persons.
- Each extra person is charged at $40.00 per night. Minimum booking is 2 nights.
- Surcharges are added for Peak Rate holiday periods, Public Holidays Long Weekends, Christmas and Easter.

Summer Holidays: 14/12/12 to 28/01/13
Autumn Holidays: 28/03/13 to 28/04/13
Winter Holidays: 21/06/13 to 14/07/13
Spring Holidays: 20/09/13 to 07/10/13
Pricing Policies and Cancellation Conditions
Our rates quoted on-line are per apartment per night, based on the number of persons you wish to be accommodated. Children are counted as a person regardless of age. Babies up to 10 months old where we don’t have to provide a cot are Free. Once a child is crawling or walking we class them as a person. This is a “cost averaging” policy and spreads the expense of additional servicing required after “little ones” are fed in our apartments.
Our tariffs are reviewed annually and changes are applied from 1st June each year.
